Help Rebuild Lives After Accra's Devastating Floods

On May 18th, 2025, Accra was hit by a powerful rainstorm that lasted nearly three hours—causing sudden and widespread flooding. Neighborhoods like Weija, Kaneshie, Adabraka, Adenta-Dodowa, and Tema were overwhelmed. Roads disappeared underwater, vehicles were stranded, and homes were submerged. In one heartbreaking incident in Adentan, three lives were lost, including a four-year-old girl.

Thousands are now displaced. Families have lost everything.

This platform was launched as an emergency response to support those affected—and to help mobilize relief quickly and transparently. Every donation goes directly toward essentials like food, clean water, shelter materials, clothing, and medical care for the flood victims.
